HR Admin

You will

  • Carrying out all administrative tasks related to employment, from hiring to exiting employees: contracting, extension of employment contracts, changes in the status of workers, disciplinary actions, regulation of vacation and leaves, termination of employment contracts
  • Collecting, preparing, delivering, recording, and archiving the personnel data and documentation
  • Maintaining Register of Employees, and other personnel records
  • Maintaining HR Softwares (SAP EC and Uniplus)
  • Drafting decisions, employment contracts, internal acts and other labour related documentation
  • Cooperating with competent institutions related to labour legal relations
  • Controlling of employee working time and absence records
  • Issuing certificates upon employee’s request (for kindergarten, school, child benefit certificate, etc.)
  • Tracking HR KPIs, preparing HR reports 
  • Preparing data for salary calculation
  • Providing operative support to all key processes and projects of the HR Department

You have

  • Minimum high school degree, preferably university degree in Law or Economics
  • 3 years in the same or similar jobs. Hands-on experience with local labour law
  • Experience with maintaining HR databases, experience with SAP EC is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of English – written and spoken
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Passion for data, ability to produce insightful reports
  • Analytical skills
  • Accountability, high ethics, and trustworthiness
